There's only one place where I can get professional opinion regarding weird stuff like this story, and that's right here on ATS...

So what do you guys think is going on over there? Glitch in the matrix, weather phenomenon or just some prankster messing with these people?

The extremely rare phenomenon known as ultra-localised rain has been filmed confusing drivers and pedestrians in an Italian street.

In a clip that looks like it came straight from a cartoon, stunned passersby watch as torrential rain falls in just one tiny patch of the road.

If I'm not mistaken this type of rainfall phenomenon falls from a cloud type called;

Burstus Pipeus Somewhereus Atus Theus Topus Ofus Theus Apartmentus Blockus.

Easy to identify really, doesn't move and falls in a near linear fashion.

It's the man in the moons fault.
