News coming out about how Trump STOLE money meant for SICK kids with cancer!

The Trump Organization took in healthy profits in recent years for hosting a charity golf event to benefit children's cancer research, despite claiming the use of the course had been donated Forbes reported Tuesday.

Just ANOTHER day with SHADY accounting?

"In reviewing filings from the Eric Trump Foundation and other charities, it's clear that the course wasn't free — that the Trump Organization received payments for its use, part of more than $1.2 million that has no documented recipients past the Trump Organization," Forbes reported. "Golf charity experts say the listed expenses defy any reasonable cost justification for a one-day golf tournament."
USA Today

AND for those who like moving pictures:

It APPEARS Trump Jr. was running things LEGIT...then Dad (our POTUS) stepped in and GAVE money from this charity to cover "expenses" to HIMSELF...otherwise known as money laundering.

Don't be so naive as to think all these big charity events held by millionaires and billionaires does not make money for those people..

I like the way you put trump stole money from children with cancer.. so your obviously not a fan of his then..

I tried to do a thread on this, I can't even formulate words, not ones mods will let me get away with. I don't put this on Eric Trump though he didn't have to comply... this is on Donald. "I don't care, everyone gets charged!" He can't give a few hours of green grass and holes in the ground to kids with Cancer?

I guess I found my words...

Isn't this what we all love about Trump; the man knows how to make money, and he's good at it!

So what if some kids with cancer don't get the money, you think they'll be able to live long enough to use it as well as Trump? Of course not.

Typical Liberal media trying to spin this as a bad thing.

Sounds like the Clinton Foundation and Haiti. Well, not quite as bad as her, but same principle.

This is why I roll my eyes when Republicans say using taxes to help people is wrong because "we can set up charities to help the people".

Well Trump is the proto-Republican at this point so... we can all see what the best-case scenario would be if we cut our socialist values out of America.

Sickening.

Who cares? This is just an excuse for anti-Trump folks to display their virtue, confirm their consensus, while at the same time doing absolutely nothing to help sick children.

You might want to keep in mind that several of our members are battling cancer right now, and that others of us have very close family members suffering, before you accuse people of empty sentiment.

You got that right.
Kids sick with cancer can't vote Democrat, so they don't give a rat's ass.

I'm fairly sure ALL charities take expenses out. It doesn't mean they're thieving from dying goats in Afghanistan. It means they're covering costs.

What I'd like to know is how much money was actually raised from the event that went to the Charity in question?

I'd think that any money raised is a good thing.

I think I can speak for most of us, but we try to have a little optimism.

You're right, what they should do is form a charity for sick kids, collect a bunch of donations and then use those donations to pay themselves lots of money. Then they'd have your respect.

What exactly does this mean?

Ian Gillule, who worked as a membership and marketing director at the Westchester course, told Forbes that Donald Trump was not happy with the expenses the charity wasn't being billed for. "Mr. Trump had a cow," Forbes quoted Gillule as saying. "He flipped. He was like, 'We're donating all of this stuff, and there's no paper trail? No credit?' And he went nuts. He said, 'I don't care if it's my son or not — everybody gets billed.'" The Donald J. Trump Foundation gave $100,000 to the Eric Trump Foundation to help offset the increase in costs, Gillule told Forbes. That means donors to the Donald J. Trump Foundation — the Trump family had not given money to that foundation for several years — saw $100,000 of their donations pass on as revenue to the Trump Organization by way of charges to the Eric Trump Foundation.

This, and things like this, might be a part of the reasons he doesn't want to show his tax returns.

How to justify this:

1. It's not Hillary

2. It's not really murder, but he could do that anyway.
