I'd imagine there's been billboards as such for every other religion / cult imaginable, by now.

It's called, as we say: DEAL WITH IT.

Agreed. But it's a real concern for those Muslims since the two murders by the alt-right fanatics.

Alt-right? You mean the Bernie supporting, Trump hating leftist.

What does that have to do with the topic?

Who the f cares who they are? The killer could be Santa Claus for all we care. The point is they have a legitimate concern.
Stay on topic.

Every one of the facts posted on the billboard come straight from the koran.

Muhammedans upset by these facts should take it out on their Imams and quit being willing tools of an evil ideology.

exactly, if a person is offended or embarrassed by what their religion teaches then maybe they should find a different religion.

Funny Muslims or Islam is not even mentioned on the Billboard.

Sounds like he ones interpreting it are the ones with bias.

No doubt. That could be Trump's future epitaph, for all we know.

FINE. The homicidal nutjobs from both left and right. Who the hell cares? The point is the threat to the Muslims and they have the right to be concerned.

Ok.
I am just pointing out why they are speaking out. They are not trying to suppress free speech. They are just concerned.

What the Muslims do is a secondary part of the post, maybe a third part.

The main part for me is the freedom of speech that

Indiana representative Andre Carson said he believes the billboard is untrue and that the billboard's author takes Islamic text and history out of context "just like Al-Qaeda, ISIS and the Klan do to religious texts to justify their bigotry."

Perhaps the respected Andre Carson should keep her nose out of freedom issues. No matter who's religion is or isn't being put up and inconvenient facts going up in black and white.

Oh I would be too.

I am more concerned about law makers sticking their noses in it.

Maybe he should keep his nose out of it but he was also exercising his free speech right.

If this billboard made fun of Christians...

a) The Left would be celebrating this amazing example of free speech

b) There would be no threats of violence from Christians

I would imagine that a law maker would want to be right. I am not a authority on the Koran. And it sounds like Indiana representative Andre Carson isn't either. But he won't admit it.

You are exactly right. Christians would just go "bleh"....what do they know. Then they would ignore it.

With that being said, people are getting sick of Islamic terrorism and this sign might just make some people think about the person Islam is founded upon.

LOL. Todd Starnes on Fox News did more than just "bleh" with the anti-Christian billboards.

I'm talking about drive-bys. Not the ones that take it to the cameras for their 15 min.
