I am not remotely shifted in ideology. :-)
As I said above, the practicality of both sides gets smooshed when humans come together and pretend to be so powerful.
Fact is, as polarizing as this and the last president have been, my ideology (again, save for overdone gun control) moved further left. Now to be
fair, I think that practicality calls for either a moderate view, or a swaying/pulsating motion until we find the right answer. Some things require a
left push, and some require a right push.
But internally, if I had my utopia, which I am aware does not exist, it would be a place most on the right would hate.
But there is a difference between ideology and practice. Because I would love a union in which we just share. If you need something it should be
offered. If someone is disabled, they should just be helped without question by the community. Problem is, we have human feelings such as greed so
some people will take advantage of welfare and some people want to take advantage of the legitimate poor.
