How to respond to Islamic Extremists (IE)

-U.N and or supporting Super & Minor power factions that may not be part of U.N but support the removal of said hate groups surround each location that is concentrated with Islamic Extremists (IE) that are basically holding innocent Muslims who don't want to become IE indoctrinated, as human shields and or hostage.

-During the beginning waves after surrounding each global location simultaneously equaling to at least 75% of the global concentrated IE problem locations, leaving approximately 25% of concentrated IE locations for next wave of balance, request immediate mass evacuation (possibly temporary) of said areas.

Have all potential evacuees exit on the main highways and or roads.
On each road there will be U.N. located personnel & military support.
Each evacuee will register their dna, name, fingerprints and or footprints along with their immediate family members names they plan to live with and an option to add extended family members names...

1 is aware of a number system to be used by the anti one, so it would be helpful if the data collected and compiled of evacuees is logged in some shape-symbol-color-letter patterns in order to distribute the new identification to the evacuees free of numbers.
Think shapes with patterns within them. Avoiding any number systems that may somehow be misconstrued into anti one activities...

Afterwards the evacuees are directed towards a locations facility that will assist in their temporary or fulltime replacement in a "safe region".
Evacuees are given a list of global locations they can pick from to be relocated to.
Safe regions would be designated as areas around the globe where people can be relocated to that lack IE influences.

-After these primary steps are made to surround & evacuate and free many who were able to free themselves and or be freed from the grasp of IE influences the 75% the next wave will be to free those innocent Muslims and or other ethnic groups that were held under siege by direct IE personnel the 25% remaining.

These would be those Muslims and or other ethnic groups who could not get free due to being directly threatened or had their families threatened that if they tried to evacuate they would be killed and or tortured (virus behaviors).

Human virus behavior is to use other humans as shields.
Note: the USA for example does not revert to such atrocious behaviors of using human shields in combat SO THERE IS A DIFFERENCE...

-The way to begin freeing those Muslims and or any other ethnic groups would be to now EMP the surrounded IE locations.

EMP responses cut off all power-transportation-electronic weapons and IEDs-water & sewage.
Rendering IE concentration regions as VOIDS.
This places the IE in a voided region of which their leader IE will begin to speak up about almost immediately.
Only their IE leaders will hear their complaints directly somehow? and attempt to speak for their harsh conditions to the international community they are ungrateful for that previously supported them with either food crisis aid or infrastructure system support.
The international community as a whole responds to them to free the remaining Muslims and or other ethnic groups.
If the IE ignore they are mirrored and are also ignored then, otherwise the IE must start freeing the people...

During the process global special operations groups and or black operation groups from USA to CHINA to INDIA and RUSSIA to name a few and U.N begin aggressive extraction maneuvers to free those locked under siege by the IE not complying.

-Next hack their money systems globally leave a vaccine in their working computer banking systems preventing any further usage of said systems and take over any financial generating systems they have including OIL!

-Eliminate all ammunition transfers that are tracked to reach them somehow? Limiting their fire power and allows easier access to track the ammunitions distributed.

-Control their food and food storage, take over their farms.

-Request approximately twice each week that they free those under siege.

They will be reflected upon in such a way that some may chose to attack others or give up...
Remember they are limited now on food, medications, power sources, weapons and ammo, AND HOPE.

-At the same time those spec/black ops teams have moved closer to centers of IE regions incase they go the ignorance way with the weapons they have and try to kill harm the remaining innocent Muslims and or other ethnic groups...

We need to respond by stop creating more terrorists in the first place with bombings in the ME

There is a reason why this will continue, when people stop thinking there are moderate muslims and that they only need to get rid of the radicals....

We have pretty much those very procedures in place...but a single part of yours is wrong. ISLAMIC....they are not the only terrorists. Soldiers, Chechens, neighbors, teens, and even Japanese Cult leaders a few years back in the subways.....

Procedures are in place for everyone, and everyone and their families should have a personal plan, and find out what their local Emergency Managements plans are.

I have no problems with the ignorant calling me racist when in fact Islam is a religion and not a race...it just shows their stupidity.
