What I have stated and will continue to state in this thread is that the President did offer condolences whether you agree with it or not, It means so much more to say" We as a people are standing with you and pledge to help you in any way we can" rather then someone saying "we are so sorry for what happened" How was what he tweeted not presidential in any way, he is pledging support to a nation that was just attack and as been attack 3 times in the last 3 months and he is at the same time looking out for the people who put him in office by bringing up a fact of why we need a better vetting process of people from certain counties. Again I in no way whatsoever said I am afraid of Muslims or want them banned from the country or silenced on TV, you sir took all of what I said out of context but for some reason I am not surprised.

We are at war and during war offering condolences every time there is victims of an enemy attack (civilian or otherwise) is not necessary. The time for pitying the victims is over and what we need is strong leadership and strong action to prevent more children, women and men from being needlessly slaughtered. Imo Trumps tweets were entirely appropriate and presidential given the circumstances of the war being waged.
