I would just like to apologize for some of my fellow Americans like the OP and likeminded folks posting out of their collective asses here. We are not all as ignorant though it certainly seems that way especially here on ATS.

Eta: Im watching the One Love Manchester concert live here in the US and it is just beautiful to see. I applaud those of you in the UK for remaining brave and defiant against terrorist monsters and against bowing down to ridiculous policies out of fear.

Yet that self-admitted lack of knowledge didn't prevent you from taking the opportunity to take a smug, arrogant and supercilious dig at 'London police' and the general gun control laws here in the UK?

I can agree with that. You are correct and i edited the 'all' out there. The negativity and petty ctiticisms are just too much sometimes. This 'story' being a great example.
