Maybe so but an armed society is a polite society. I can pull more hero stories than accidents....I'll stick with the cowboys.

Just heard a witness on the news.. claims they were shouting this is for Allah as they were attacking people.

Any more word on that suspect the police stopped?

I don't wanna derail the thread, but your opinion is not borne out by facts. It's an impression the media and the anti-gun lobby has left you with, but it's incorrect. Concealed carriers are safer than the general population Incidents where a concealed carrier stops a crime happen often in the US. The number of times they accidentally hit a bystander is virtually nil. If you'd like to discuss it more send me a PM.

A large caliber(7.62+) weapon could destroy the engine block of a car / truck. Any caliber weapon can break glass and kill the driver.

Apparently Theresa May just made some statement about thanking Police and developing story...collecting info etc etc but has said it may be an act of terror.

Terror attacks in London - x3
London bridge, a location near London bridge and a 3rd location some distance from London bridge.
Van plowed into pedestrians at London bridge.
People jumped out of van armed with knives began stabbing people.
armed police responded to all 3 locations.
Reports of shots fired at 2nd location (cafe I think).
