It's about time!

This is good news, as it will allow more family time between Soldiers and families. Something that happens to be among the most unstable aspects. This may explain why we are pulling back in Korea. I suppose all that will be left at the facilities are enough people to staff it/facility. With some extra to act as a hasty security/reactionary team. Just slightly more boring than Garrison duty...

I'm diffently all for it! I actually think it makes better sense than, or in light of, the current, but out-dated, policy of permanent military bases.
