Hello Blue. This in response to your post on grief.
I soundly believe we in our society have rejected and neglected this most important emotion. We have become conditioned to reject any feeling that
isn't uplifting and happy.
To me this is detrimental to our well-being, we must honor all our emotions.
Grief and sorrow have their own unique pattern, I have found they can persist over months, years and decades. When grief surfaces for a long lost
loved one, I cherish it, I hold it in my heart as a little Hello from the 'other side'. I relish, in private, in recalling that being.
To me it is a private intimate moment, I just 'sit' with them, talk to them or let my self be held. I know they are 'here'.
Get some sleep or rest if you can.
