Jess, what an awesome award for an awesome lady!

Glad to hear that Paul is doing so well! Please Send him some shed love from us all!

Hears Shep and goes into to the kitchen to put a pot of coffee on. Maybe the aroma of fresh brewed coffee will wake him.

Hello everyone! I hope your day is going well.

Mornin' Night Star. I'm a bit more perky now. Had some coffee, have a smoothie for breakfast. I'm getting there - not sure why I'm so sleepy this morning.

Well Good Morning Sir Shep! I'm sleepy too, but am up earlier than usual. I hope you and the Mrs. and the shepherditos are all doing well today.

Just me and the Shepherditos today. Mrs. Shepherd returns from a mission trip late tonight.

Hopefully we do not lose power again today. The storms here yesterday knocked out power for most of the day for tens of thousands of people in my area.

Oh wow! I hope you don't lose power either. I'm sorry, I was in your 'purple' story thread catching up and left a reply. LOL

I want to leave a link to your poetic verse from here...

I should put up another episode of Gaalen & Siere's discussion of tamborae.

Although, RL keeps pulling me away.
Bad! Bad RL!!

Uhm.... I just found this on the shed porch...
I think it belongs to Jessie?

HUGE Congrats to our Jessie!
I have no idea what it's for, but I think it was probably all down to your mum!

It's the car scene....I love that one and the one when they take the copier to the field. That has to be the best movie EVER!

The first time I saw the opening of that movie, I was in a 40-minute commute every morning. I laughed so hard at the opening scene I could hardly breathe - LOVED Office Space.

We actually had an "Office Space Copier Scene Day" at my office. They brought several ancient/obsolete copiers/printers/misc hardware out to the building's parking lot, roped off 3 different areas, and handed out safety glasses and baseball bats. It was awesome!

All of a sudden the sun went away. I look at radar and see this:
radar.weather.gov...

That line is at least 3 counties away from my location, and yet, I just heard thunder.

For real?

Shep - I think you just came up with my next fundraiser! Our nurses hate Meditech (our health care program). I'm pretty sure I could sell tickets to beat a server. LOL

Hope you stay safe in those storms!

Right? But don't forget the safety glasses. Kevlar armor and gloves might be good too. Although, you're at a medical facility, right? Meh. Heck with the safety, there's medical personnel around, right?

Pretty complicated actually haha. Just a bunch of stressful factors coming around a singular point in my life. Causing a lot of pain and fears from my past to rise up and mix with present ones. The situation with the oerson isnt all bad, just everything about the physicality of the situation and emotional availability on both sides. I love them though so i stay despite the messed up situation.

How avout you?

Work is still a challenge; just not feeling particularly skilled at this time. Kids out of college out-programming me.

But, Mrs Shepherd returns from her trip tonight, so that will be a blessing.

IF I have time to shower between now and then, that is... LOL
