People are people and there are a lot of good ones out there (and in here!!) but unfortunately there are a lot of a$$es too.
Life has a nasty habit of conspiring to bring us down if we let it, usually by making us try too hard to "fit" with the a$$es!!

Dealing with the Public, or a large group of workmates can be INFURIATING!!!! (Been there!!)

I dealt with it by playing the drums!!!
If I found myself getting wound-up at work... I just thought about getting home and knocking 7 colours of poo out of my drumkit!!!! Half an hour later... frustrations all gone... Gordi renewed! (Not easy when you're getting home late!)
I think what I'm saying is I understand.

Now.... where's that Pink Cardy?
