perhaps investigators are looking at people like Kushner, finding nothing to warrant further investigation

Well in that case the Trump Tower janitor will likely be next...

I'm totally expecting that at some point. When they start subpoenaing the doctor who does Trump's prostate exam, you'll know the investigation is finally winding down.

If they have nothing to hide, they should welcome an investigation, right?

Not necessarily. The investigation could be a trap. What if Democrats drag the investigation to next year's Congress election even if there is nothing to be found? It could be used as a political weapon to cast doubt on voters.

No dumbie, he was acting as a lawyer for a different client.

It's all privileged just the same.

Watch and see.

Really? I believe Andrii Artemenko said Cohen was working the deal in order to present it to Trump.

Which other client are you referring to?

I don't think the Dembs need to do anything. Trump seems to be hopping from one trauma to the next..It will be the GOP that ultimately destroys Trump to save what little credibility they have left; as they sit on their ass and watch the WH self destruct.

Apparently the voters are having second thoughts ......

Trump is Russia's worst nightmare. Trump is obstructing SAA by blocking the border between Syria and Iraq and he is not as soft as Obama. If I were Putin, I would take down Trump ASAP.

Hang on , the report today is that there was a request for him to come and testify, which he declined.

It's an updated CNN report.

edition.cnn.com...

There is no mention of the subpeona.

Uhoh....They wouldn't even bother to subpoena him if they didn't have intel pointing to relevant russiagate connections.

They said the same thing in January about the FISA warrants.

He is Trumps personal attorney, and he is not a former attorney, if he is under Trumps payroll, he as an attorney holds client/lawyer privilege by law and I wonder why the Intelligence panel even bother to call him, as he have nothing to say.

This makes no sense are you sure this going on?

Attorney–client privilege is an American legal concept that protects certain communications between a client and his or her attorney and prevents the attorney from being compelled to testify to those communications in court

This sounds like fake news again.

The story now seems to be there is no subpeona, just a request that he has refused because it was too broad in nature and sounded like a fishing expedition.
