Ahh, so you're talking nonsense and trying to equate me to something I am not.

Poor form.

I'm just saying that moral outrage is self-serving. You've already made the fundamental attribution error, and now you express your error in the form of moral outrage.

moral outrage prevented hitler from taking over the world.

That's quite the reductionist view.

As much as anything that you want to appear pops into being with a similar hand wave.

Actually I try to make a case, for instance providing the experimental data I used to further my point. You provided...nothing.

No it doesn't. Maybe you can describe how moral outrage prevented Hitler from taking over the world.

Aaaaaaaand you're STILL trying.

Also still poor form.

The case makes itself, unless everyone has somehow become a psychic and I missed that.

I suspect rather than respect your opinion. Something about name-callers pretending to be mature does it for me.

Are you arguing that you can confirm if someone is "triggered" over the net?

If someone says that they are just wasting time on ATS without feeling moral outrage you can refute that with evidence?

moral outrage gave many countries the motive to refuse his attempts to expand his military and influence.

The only "name-calling" I have done is to call those others who use insults such as "triggered" and "snowflake" childish. Why are you not speaking to those others about THEIR name calling huh? Would it be because you are simply targeting me with any mud that you think will stick because this isn't actually about all that nonsense you posted?

Why yes, I think it is.

No, I'm not arguing that. What I'm arguing is that moral outrage is self-serving. I also argued that many of the posters in this thread are guilty of the fundamental attribution error.

You might be right, but then you went ahead and called others names. Like I said, moral outrage is a form of compensation for the guilt.

Something doesn't become true through sheer force of repetition. You won't prove it?

Don't you recall the post you replied to?

ETA: You are the one who replies to posts on a tangent and then accuse others of attribution errors.

I recall that you like to talk about me, but that's about it.

Your opinion means absolutely nothing to me now after having admitted that you deliberately targeted me and ignored the others. You discredited yourself.
