There may not be an actual SoA but Motorcycle clubs do exist and are the largest suppliers of the black market in the US.

I am sure Montenegro is a fine little country.
But with all due respect, when the SHTF , Montenegro would probably be reduced to rubble in 15 minutes. Their active duty military personnel is only about 2000 men.
Their PM didn't seem too ruffled that Trump pushed his way past him according to the video.
That's Trump for you though, he does sh*t his way.

...most every culture celebrates when that which they consider an ultimate evil is culled from the population. Had I not believed Washington's declaration of having killed bin Laden to be an absolute lie in total absence of any evidence aside from statements made by proven liars like Obama and Clinton, I'd have tooled around on my 4 wheeler waving my 3' rebel flag and discharging one my firearms on hearing the news, too. Unbridled joy in the death of subhuman excrement is neither disturbing nor pathetic, it is righteous joy.
Did Donald Trump need to shove the PM of Montenegro out of his way? Probably not. Should Donald Trump make it a habit to shove the leaders of other nations out of his way? Not real sure the answer to that, I reckon it depends on circumstances. Is there any reason Trump, as the representative of the most powerful nation on the planet, should show any deference to the representative of Montenegro? Nope, no real reason at all outside of superficial platitudes and political theater.
It's nice to see a return to a time when not only was the USA the biggest, meanest dog on the porch, but we had zero concern over reminding the world frequently of that fact.
