A lot of that money goes to political campaign contributions. Trump is good for the MIC, so MIC will contribute maybe a billion or so to his re election campaign in 2020. That's a lot of money. That is a lot of power.

Where was the concern and outrage when Obama did it?

U.S. President Barack Obama's administration has offered Saudi Arabia more than $115 billion in weapons, other military equipment and training, the most of any U.S. administration in the 71-year U.S.-Saudi alliance, a report seen by Reuters has found

Yayyyy..

Let's sell them weapons so they can sell them to people who will then shoot us with said weapons!

So then we can make more and better weapons to shoot them back!

It wasn’t the Iraqis that knocked down the World Trade Center … because they have papers in there that are very secret, you may find it’s the Saudis, OK?

Who blew up the World Trade Center? It wasn’t the Iraqis, it was Saudi — take a look at Saudi Arabia, open the documents.

- Donald Trump

First he says they blew up the WTC, now he's selling them weapons. Trump is such a moron.

I will hold back on my comment about the Arms sales until a list of weapons is published...

I do not expect the Missile Defense Shield, Aegis will be handed over to the Monarchy... only a battery or so of anti-missile-missiles... to intercept the Stuff the Houti Rebels and Iranian Hezbollah are launching at the Saudi's from war torn Yemen

the deal is $10billion per year for 10+ years, right?

Trump Arms will be needed by the Monarchy to fight Yemen backed by Iran
then Arabia might be needing to defend against the Aspiring Turks who intend to move the Seat of Islam from Mecca to the Place in Turkey (I forget the name place, but it is real)

Imagine the headline if Trump denied sales to SA.

"Evil Islamaphobe Trump denies Muslims the ability to protect and defend themselves, leaving their innocent babies unprotected, vulnerable and helpless!"

The concern and outrage is that Trump was supposed to be the anti establishment candidate who was supposed to drain the swamp but here he is, continuing thy swamps bidding.

This is not Trump specific.

110 Billion dollars worth of Death. When will we ever learn. 140 people died today at Brak El-Shati airbase in Libya, may they rest in peace. How many more poor souls have to die in Libya, Yeman, Syria, Iraq and Afganistan, before we stop flooding the region with weapons.

I love how this isn't an issue because it's Trump.

Let's take a moment to recap, shall we?

Who remembers the redacted 28 pages that took 13 years to declassify?

And what were in those 28 pages? Implication of Saudi intelligence services of not only financing the hijackers, but also ensuring that they would be able to enter the country and begin flight school without triggering suspicion from law enforcement.

Saudi Arabia is one of the words largest violators of human rights, and we're continuing to ally ourselves with them.

"anti-establishment"
"Washington outsider"
"Represents the people"

No, he blocked a later deal. Read the article. From 2009-2016 they signed 42 deals for $115B total. He blocked one deal, worth about $2B for precision guided munitions after the civilians were killed.
