Depressing Backgrounds

Is there a reason why all the backgrounds are tanks riot police NWO mural etc ?
feels like you are trying tell me something ?
seems like all I get is tiananmen square and riot police

I wondered why I was depressed coming on this site
subliminally I've been getting flashes of war and totalitarian propaganda

I barely ever see any of them, or even notice them really.

I've hated them from day 1!

I wanna know what the one is supposed to be that looks like some kind of blueprints.

There are a few that I consider completely "meh" that I find boring to have as backgrounds. For example, I have no idea what the context of this one is, and really don't care. It's just a boring building to me. There's one of a border wall (I think) that is ho-hum, too. IMO, the one with Obama at the table is pretty dull, too.
The Martian one is one of my favorites. I like this artsy/schematic one because it's just aesthetically appealing all around on a sci-fi level for me. I think there's one of Groom Lake, it's cool.

That mural hangs for public view in the controversial Denver Airport. I never seen in here at ATS before you posted that...

Change to the dark theme, if you are not already using it, then zoom in until the forums fill the screen and you can't see the background.

That one is my favorite. I've spent a lot of time trying to decipher what it really represents...

ATS has always had a penchant for the cryptic. There used to be cryptology games every once in a while. One of the many reasons i think this site (regardless of its humble origins) is tight with some alphabet boys.

I was not aware that is in Denver airport. I have only been through it once or twice ten or so years ago. i don't recall seing it, but then again we were only doing a layover for a connecting flight, so never left the terminal.
