"I only take away from that to mean there are more entanglements with the Clintons and perhaps the justice department than everyone understands"

Gowdy- "You are very perceptive."

Cool how that part is left out.

But if Russia influenced the election why did Trump not win the popular vote?

For the time being. The investigation is ongoing. Why isn't Trump happy that he will soon be vindicated?

Soon? Do you know how long it takes once a special counsel gets involved? Someimes years.

2018 elections will be affected the longer this goes on.

It's going to take 2 months just to put the resource request together according to reports. What liberals don;t realise is this is going to take years and in complete silence. every time they start whining about Wussia, they are going to look more and more ridiculous now as it's being sorted 'independently'. They lost their point of attack.

Actually, it's the mid-terms that are forcing the GOP's hand. They want Trump to resign so they can put the whole thing to rest as quickly as possible. Trump can do a lot of stupid things in two years that make "Russiagate" look tame.

out of curiosity, have you even considered the effect it would have on the left if "Russigate" turned up nothing? It's gone way past 'doubling down' ya'll are "all in" in this one.

Well these far left lunatics are already morally bankrupt so being politically and credibly bankrupt won't bother them that much.

It's going to be fun though watching them go through the pain again.

Can you source where the GOP wants Trump to resign?
I'll look forward to the read.

I'm not sure. They have already dragged this out almost a year now. And to date, you could put all the evidence against Trump into a gallon jug and still have room for 128 ounces of liquid. Russia might cease to be a country by the time this investigation is over. (Global warming and all)

The emotional attachment is a tell.

Fear is the driver, reality the catalyst, they are a really slow train wreck that is actually rather fun to watch.

Yeah, just like Trump being a cheerleader for the even slower train wreck that was the birther movement. My God, that was funny, especially with all the idiots on ATS who joined in.... I'm still laughing now at the blatant idiocy of it.

Oh, wait, Trump had cast iron proof about that one though didn't he?

There are GOP house and senate members taking sides against him. . They will be the ones to surely not be supported by Trump in the 2018 election cycle. They have been against him from the start.

thehill.com...

Flynn is the key here. I think it is going to come out that he did screw up and was on the take. Well, he is not here anymore right? The administration did what they thought was right.

And if Trump's professional biography stated that he was an agent of Russia, would you laugh at anyone who then claimed that Trump was an agent of Russia?

Global warming lol... there is an attack on beefburgers now, because they apparently cause global warming more than any other food (that is not a joke).

The Russia narrative will go on and on, because there is nothing else the Democrats can talk about. they don;t have any ideas or policies. Their entire platform is 'resist Trump'. People will get more and more sick of it, especially when they know its already being taken care of by Mueller.

By establishment you mean the Whitehouse right?

Those that stand against the ten commandments of morality. (Which is what our constitution is based on.)
In other words those committing treason by trying to undermine the law of the land. Natural Law.

That establishment. Some of us call them the illuminati Jesuit order. It is not just the white house, it is corporations banks and special interest groups. Their aim is to destroy Natural law, which gives us our freedoms. George bush once called it the law of the Jungle in his new world order speech.

These rights guarantees confirm that the Constitution is not meant to regulate all of society, neither does it attempt to guarantee everything that might be considered desirable. The classical and medieval exponents of the Natural Law understood that, given the limitations and imperfections of human nature, “the [human] law should not try to prescribe every virtue and forbid every vice,”[80] and the Founding Fathers and their nineteenth century successors understood that as well.[81] Thus, the Constitution, in protecting rights, does not seek to deprive the family and private intermediate institutions of their natural, legitimate freedom of action; rather, the Constitution recognizes that the state should not attempt to control all of society, or try to meet all societal needs, or subordinate all other groups to governmental domination. The family, churches, labor unions, political parties, business enterprises, and schools and universities have a right to exist and to operate independent of government.Natural Law and the United States Constitution

It wasn't true then and it sure as hell isn't true now.

Only morons like trump are denying the Russians actions. Even Mike Pence knows better.

It's just another phony story.

I decided to help him out, seeing as he doesn't have the honesty to source his wild claims. Far from the RNC asking for Trump's resignation, here is their latest email to the base:

The Republican National Committee sent out a fund-raising email asking for assistance on President Donald Trump’s “Drain the Swamp” agenda.

The email notes the ongoing battle against a hostile press while offering words of wisdom from a top Trump adviser, Steve Bannon. “You already knew the media is out to get us,” the email said.

It continues: But sadly it’s not just the fake news — there are people within our own unelected bureaucracy that want to sabotage President Trump and our entire America First movement. Steve Bannon was right when he said, “If you think they’re going to give you your country back without a fight, you’re sadly mistaken.” “Every day is going to be a fight,” Bannon said. “That is the promise of Donald Trump.”

The email points out that the people opposed to Trump and his policies do not want to put America first. “They want it to be Special Interests first to enrich themselves all while the citizens of our country remain an afterthought,” the email said. “We have no choice but to completely DRAIN THE SWAMP,” the email said, noting that Trump is “already started cleaning house.”

The email concludes: “But every day will be an uphill battle — and we need to be prepared to go into the trenches to FIGHT BACK.”

People have called to take him out. If he is just now getting paranoid then he held strong for sometime.

A lot think more about the money it would cost and how weak we would look to the world. Specially when they would be starting a investigation into our POTUS with no evidence. After the fact that they let Hillary off the hook with some evidence. This would cost to much drag on more than needed and make us look weak. Not to mention also dividing our country more and slowing down things government needs to be focusing on.

Don't take my word for it, (or anonymous MSM sources).

FBI Director James Comey cautioned against believing reporting on classified information, which he said oftentimes gets the facts wrong.
