I am sure that Hillarys' Foundation laundering money got into the hands of the judge, after all we can see how her dirty foundation money were been circulating all over the former Obama administration and spying agencies.

This opens up an interesting precedent.

Basically, any politician can now be judged on anything they have said in the past.

Anything.

Any law they propose, any ruling they offer, can now be judged on anything they have ever said.

Didn't you heard, it only applies to those that Democratic liberal judges do not like or agree with.

If you like your judge ruling, you can keep your judge ruling.

I just want to applaud you for the Holmes reference, given the last name of the judge involved...

Well done, sir, well done!

I would say the game if a afoot but this is like punching kindergarteners in the mouth.

Free speech is not the same as the first ammendment.

Thanks for the non-sequitur. In the context of this conversation we are discussing free speech vis a vis the First Amendment since the Original Poster specifically mentioned the First Amendment in regards free speech, maybe you missed it...

Plainly worded statements are still protected by the 1st Amendment. This is just 1 more example of the Left blocking Free Speech if they dont agree with it.

You would figure someone as mouthy as the Original Poster would get this but I think he never actually read and understood the Constitution.

Nah it's us being all cold hearted. The founders intended for us to read the Constitution with our feelings.

I don't see how this has to do with free speech. This is about the travel ban issue not speech.

Can you explain the connection more because I don't see what you're getting at and the link didn't help either.

Wait a second. I'm a sociopathic, baby-eating Mason, I have no feelings. Which makes me wish I was more like the Original Poster who seems to get in touch with his feelings on a very deep and semi-daily basis.
