I miss the old days in some ways . 😕

I wouldn't want to be a young person in todays world with the rising costs of housing, food, energy... the civil unrest and threat of global wars.

So I'm quite happy to be entering the final chapters of my earthly walk🙂

I'm not sure how old I am...I'm a brain floating in a jar and hooked up to the Internet.

I was actually thinking about this very issue (the avatars, not age) the other day. I was thinking of how I was prejudging people based on their avatar. For example, if you have a wacky Doonsbury character I immediately think you will be humorous/sarcastic. If you have an oil painting of 17th century fop, I immediately think you will be a pedantic pedagogue. If you appear to have a petrified turd stuck to the end of a stick I have no idea what to think. Etc, etc.. Some of these presumptions have turned out accurate and others have not.

Any way, I'll be 50 in July, born in '67 during the summer of love, graduated HS in '85.

Born in '58, married the first time in '79. Married the second time in 2005. Oldest son is 37, youngest is 3. Graduated college in 2007. God, that was hard.
