I'd only sell Confederate flags as toilet paper, personally. I'm just saying if people want to sell hate, that's their business.

But liberals who don't like the flag are also able to protest the store if they want. It's 100% Constitutional.

Absolutely, that's what the cookies are for. Free speech cookies. Marketable?

What is the purpose of the protest?

Comparing a symbol of pure oppression and slavery to the rainbow pride flag? A symbol of nothing but inclusiveness...
Stopped reading after that to be honest.

Like someone else said.....maybe it's you?...or should I say, the viewer of said flag?
What gives some people the right to say that the Confederate or Gadsden flags are offensive and not the Rainbow flag?
Too many weak minded people like the woman in the video are offended by minuscule things.
Banning Nativity scenes, saying the words "Happy Holidays" as opposed to saying "Merry Christmas", to keep from offending certain people is ridiculous...the list can go on and on.
We have become a country of weak, easily triggered sissies.
You gotta go some to offend me, and even when that happens, I usually still laugh about it afterwards.
I am not going to go on a march down Main St about it.

Well no, he did it to ensure the rights of minorities and maintain the rule of law for the oppressed. But apples oranges.

If they are double chocolate chip cookies they would be 'no speech cookies' as I would be too busy shoveling those things in my gob to talk.

Sure it should be legal, but unless your a civil war reenactor then it's a bright red sign that you are a garbage human being.. or at least a garbage American.

I constantly try to expand everyone's insult capabilities. It makes for more civil conversation.

It is an assault on free speech. Imo context shouldn't matter, hate flag or not.

Only in the strictest sense of the phrase. But it's not like it's illegal or anything to display or sell the flag. So what's the big deal?

Fortunately I live quite a ways away from the actual city of Detroit so I don't have to deal with that disaster on a daily basis.
