Witness intimidation is illegal, and in Trump's case it constitutes an abuse of power, in my opinion.

Keeping someone honest doesn't equate with witness intimidation. Intimidation requires a threat. There is no threat in the tweet.
Unless ypu add words to it.... like, 'or else'.

It blatantly appears that Trump is trying to affect Comey's testimony in his very public Tweet.

Well, I heard for a year how Trump and the GOP have the answers to all our problems and how to obliterate Obama's legacy. That does seem to be what is happening. More wars, rich getting richer, instead of repealing healthcare we get chaos, Christians get special protections, we get to poison our waters some more and our parks, our institutions that work to keep us safe are under attack, by president and friends, we now have chaos. Never once during Obama's administration did I feel fear every time the satellite goes quirky. And now, because of his ego, he has probably made life miserable for his family. I already figured out he doesn't care about the country.

If it's true, then so be it.

But as with Snowden, even if you leaked it for the right reasons, there are still laws about leaking classified information and they exist for a reason. So as Beretta says, "don't do the crime if you can't do the time".

Comey hasn't accepted yet isn't that suspicious in itself. Remember the immunity deal for Flynn and what came of it? You people don't realize that this is not about Trump. Comey and Flynn have dirt on the former administration and proof of a possible collusion with the Leprechaun. This information can never be allowed to see the light of day. It would crush the american people. Think about for one second what people would do when Obama is revealed as a fraud for the last 8 years and that he worked with Hillary to undermine the american people and the constitution. Comey knows that they conducted illegal surveillance on all citizens including election candidates for years probably even decades.
