St. Francisco & St. Jacinta Marto Canonized At 3 days of Fatima Centenary

It is say that every religion has what are called Holy numbers, for Judaism are 7 and 12, for Islam is 5, and for Christians none is more Holy than 3, three are the persons of the divine Trinity, three the days Jesus was in the sepulcher.

A century ago three poor Shepherd children were chosen by God to receive a unique message for a tormented humanity during WWI.

This morning His Holyness Pope Francis officially signed the Papal decree through which the Portuguese Children Francisco and Jacinta Marto, who were two of the seers that experienced along 1916 a series of Apparitions of the Angel of Peace, and Since May 13th of 1917 of the Holy Virgin St Mary, mother of God, became recognized by the Apostolic Catholic Church as Saints..

The two children died soon after in the following three years of the supernatural events occurred in the surroundings of the village of Fatima, south Portugal, both victims of the Spanish Influenza epidemics of the after WWI.

A third child seer, Lucia dos Santos, who survived until 95 years old and became Carmelite Nun, is still in process of Canonization, since she only died in 2005.

The first miracle attributed to the intersession of the children Saints was that His Holyness Pope John Paul II didn't died after to be shot three times in St Peters square by the Turk Mehmed Ali Agka in May 13th 1981.

When Pope John Paul II arrived in Fatima for the first time, in 1982, he said that he had come "because, on this exact date last year in St. Peter's Square, in Rome, there was an attempt on the life of your Pope, which mysteriously coincided with the anniversary of the first vision at Fatima, that of 13 May 1917. The coincidence of these dates was so great that it seemed to be a special invitation for me to come 

On March 23th of 2017 a second miracle was attributed to the intersession of the children seers of Fatima helping to take the decision of today.

Jacinta Marto words from 1920 in her biography by Sor Lucia dos Santos:
"when you are to say this, don't go and hide. Tell everybody that God grants us graces through the Immaculate Heart of Mary; that people are to ask her for them; and that the Heart of Jesus wants the Immaculate Heart of Mary to be venerated at his side. Tell them also to pray to the Immaculate Heart of Mary for peace, since God entrusted it to her".

The following account by witnesses describe also why the miracle that the Pope H.H. John Paul II survived three shots was credited to the Holy Virgin in her advocation of Lady of Fatima.

At that time, the Pope had been riding in an open-air vehicle to greet the pilgrims in St. Peter's Square and his attention was caught by a baby girl clutching a picture depicting the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

(The devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary was a consequence of the Fatima apparitions. The visionaries stated that the Virgin said that God wished it to be established in the world so that many souls would be saved and that wars, persecution of the Church and annihilation of nations be averted.)

John Paul II reached out to embrace the child, and as he leaned over to hand her back to her mother, the bullet struck, it's aim partially deflected and his life spared by a matter of millimeters.

It is said that while the Holy Father was recuperating in the hospital he asked that all the files on Fatima and the much speculated " Third Secret" be brought to him.

Then in 1982 he traveled to Fatima in thanksgiving and the bullet that was extracted from his body was placed in the center of the gold crown of the original statue of the "dear Lady of Fatima." ..........
