Edit: Yes of course its the same band. I get it now. The river of humanity on the multilane freeway all bogged down, dead stop in life. Then the lone red car, going the opposite direction as everyone else, on a clear road.

I've got tickets to go see them in December! My teenage son currently thinks that "I've got sunshine in my bag" is the best song line ever. Love him! So it's his Christmas present and I get to tag along for the ride...and since I haven't listened to very much of their stuff at all, this thread will help me catch up so that I can go full blown embarrassing Mum on him. His shame shall know no bounds.

Incidently, I read somewhere that they did a gig which after five hours only came to an end when security carried Albarn off the stage. Impressive, and that would represent my moneys worth...but would my middle-aged bones be able to stand it. No, definately not. I was relieved that Standing has sold out, just in case, I want the option to sit down and possibly nap if necessary.
