Second, a comparison will always be valid, and has no expiration date.

Confirmation requires 51 votes. Democrats can try to stop it all they want it wont happen.

Security cameras seldom record conversation. I think they are subject to a different set of laws.
The laws I was talking about are for recording of conversations but with today's technology there may be a way around it. In a traditional example it's referring to telephone calls but can encompass conversations taking place in person.
This was how it is in N.Y. state or was when I left in 92.
I don't even know what the law here in Virginia is.
