It's only a matter of time before they are more or less banned. Nationalism across any soil is out (in the West anyway). Those songs will have a historical value for what they meant at one time, but that time is fast passing.
For any that disagree with me, I offer the example of my own views on a couple of songs. One is the 'Hallelujah Chorus" and the other is "Ava Maria." Both beautiful songs to my ignorant ears, but mean nothing to me in a personal connecting way of any substance because I'm not religious.
