What do you mean by "integrity level" ? Do you just mean stories that agree with you ideology? Or do you mean they are balanced in representing both sides of a political spectrum on an issue? Or do you mean literally they are very good and fact checking before they publish a story?

Take, for example, the RationalWiki article on pseudoscience. One merely has to lightly read through it to see some of the most arrogant statements that can be made. ...there is no excuse for passing this kind of blithely arrogant and shallow material off as anything other than trash, and that’s not even dealing with the factual inaccuracies.

The entire site is plagued by trash (the only suitable term) of this nature. I have no doubts that RationalWiki is just a front for Left-Wing Progressivism (a type of Socialism, basically), based on the style of the writing and the methods of argumentation used.

I don't have any problems with ZH, I check out their site frequently and I've been a 'member' there for at least 8 years. They have deleted a few of my comments though, usually related to treasury issuing state currency, debt free (greenbacks).

They are first and foremost a forum/news source for traders. They have an Austrian bent or bias but I wouldn't say they adhere completely to Austrian economics.

They expose things that MSM refuses to do. I find they have a lot of credibility, they just give you the source and let you decide for yourself, no twisting and personal opinion.
