I know, right?
Liberty University was so fascist they invited Bernie Sanders to speak and then required all students to attend. Well, that wasn't because it was Sanders. That was because the type of speech they invited to Sanders to give is one all students are required to attend, a convocation or something.

Sorry but the 2 are incomparable, and I'm not going to waste my time taking it any further than this.
If it isn't obviously clear to anyone by now, then there's honestly nothing I can say that will change their minds.
As somebody from the far-left already put it, liberals can't be facists.
They are allowing their institutions to be taken over by a monolithic world view that is increasingly totalitarian and antithetical to the diversity of opinion on which the search for truth depends.
Fascism /ˈfæʃɪzəm/ is a form of radical authoritarian nationalism, characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition
Fascists believe that liberal democracy is obsolete, and they regard the complete mobilization of society under a totalitarian one-party state as necessary to prepare a nation for armed conflict and to respond effectively to economic difficulties.[
Fascism rejects assertions that violence is automatically negative in nature and views political violence, war, and imperialism as means that can achieve national rejuvenation.[
Fascists advocate a mixed economy, with the principal goal of achieving autarky through protectionist and interventionist economic policies.
