Off the ground... or under it. I've heard people talking about NK's love of digging tunnels all over the place. I don't know if it's true or not but, with a population of slave labour all dedicated to destroying SK, a few decades to spare, and no regard for health & safety, I wouldn't be too surprised if there was a 35km-long tunnel starting at the border and heading towards Seoul...
