I think our presence in Syria outside of Rojava is going to diminish soon. With these zones, and the end of CIA arming anti-Assad rebels and
terrorists, the Syrian coalition backed by Russia has the upper hand. But it looks to me like Russia has accepted that NATO will have bases in the
North East enclave that will in the near future be recognized as an independent state.
My question is how long will our forces be stationed at that Tanf self declared "de-escalation zone" now that they are not arming the FSA and all its
sub groups and factions?
