What I am for is upholding current long existing law which would substantially reduce the American peoples medical expenses.

Possibly to the point that insurance for routine and minor procedures would not be needed.

Possibly to a point where insurance would be used as traditionally intended, Coverage for rare and unusual events.

I think any initiative that does not include application of existing law is just rearranging winners and losers, which get the deck chair and which don't - none of it changes fact that ship is sinking.

Apply existing laws 2-3 years and then see what's needed legislation wise to improve healthcare.

Right now and past few decades we have it exactly backwards

Backwards because we keep inventing legislation instead of dealing with lawbreakers.

I want lawbreakers dealt with first this time.
