What's fake? I've only recently heard of this news source (Circa), so I don't know much about the source, but the Report link in the OP goes directly to the official DNI report. The numbers are all there straight from the horse's mouth so to speak. I don't understand what you think is fake.

Obama already leveraged the IRS to attack political opponents. Why would anyone think he wouldn't also do it any other way he can?
