What I don't get is why the source of the Wikileaks material is at all important. If they were leaked by Satan himself, the fact that they were legitimate and true is what put doubts in the mind of voters. The fact that the rumors surrounding her had a basis in fact is the point. Not who the hell leaked them. It's an absurd side-road for true believers and the dim witted.

The Republicans don't appoint a special prosecutor because they are as guilty as she is. They are all liars and whores, regardless of what their party denomination is.

You forgot to include the word "yet" at the end of "she's not in jail".

Comey laid out the laundry list of Clinton legal misdeeds (not all, but many of them) in the same speech in which he said that "no reasonable prosecutor" would proceed on her case. Of course, that was under the Obama/Lynch regime.

Guess what...Obama did not issue a Pardon to Clinton on the way out...there is a new Sheriff in town, and a new Attorney General. It is not much in the way of speculation to say that if (when) the Clinton private email server investigation was/is handed over to the current DOJ, a reasonable prosecutor could be found.

But, my guess is that will not happen until the FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation is finished (which of course ties into why thousands of emails under Congressional Subpoena were destroyed by Hillary...and then her hard drive was wiped clean).

Patience folks. Her (and her husband's) day in court will come.

Clinton definitely skated on something so egregious a lesser person not beloved by the holy of holies her party could have ever gotten away with.

People are actually rotting away in prison for LESS.

I think they did this together to get her back in the spotlight because she wants her Daughter to run for President eventually. She can't be seen as crawling off to lick her wounds.
