There is likely not cyber technology used to cause these missiles to fail.

Likely the US found out the radio frequency and the signal used by the norks for there missile test and mounted a self-destruct button of there own at a radar site watching for the Nork missile test.

Hey whatever works to keep Kim Jong's rockets in failure mode is a good thing. Right? It would also be great if we could short-circuit his nuclear tests before detonation.

Remember that these missiles could be getting shot down, so to speak, by advanced anti missile satellite tech that the public isnt aware of. They have been dropping hints about it for years. Could be a fully developed weapon defence system by now.

RE: www.theguardian.com...

This missile flew for 30 minutes, before coming down in the ocean. I wonder if it was programmed to crash into the sea, or did the USA force it down, in some manner?

As the article says, it has a range of 4,500km... but came down after only 800km.

I get the feeling that the U.S.A. allowed this one to fly further, to give the world the impression that North Korea is becoming more of a threat than ever.
