Satanists have every right to free speech. The point is can they speak at churches? Can they give testimonies there telling them how much they hate Christians and how Satan has changed their lives without being thrown out?

Well kind of, because you don't think her free speech was infringed.

Let me ask you a hypothetical question.

Let's say they postpone her speech for eternity because of violent threats every time.

Did they infringe her freedom of speech yet?

Here: www.abovetopsecret.com...

You've proven once again that you ignore posts.

You qualified it with the 1st Amendment.

You were equivocating.

Excellent point. Infringement doesn't require a constant suppression, but rather at least one act.

I don't see why someone is trying to make this an issue.

As church goers are a follower of that dude that said turn the other cheek.

Again this isn't the First Amendment issue.
Again why I brought up churches.
Like I said she cancelled it and the conservative group refused to pay so the point is moot.

So you agree that Satanists should have the right to speak at churches without being thrown out?

First of all Berkeley isn't a church

Secondly churches are private

And thirdly that is a very poor comparison

Just look at it like the estranged uncle that comes over for family dinners.

They always say and do things we don't like.

But family is family.

If you can convince me that Berkeley is a government entity then we can continue.

Boy did you guys end up way off topic. If satanists were invited to speak yes sure. These speakers were invited to speak so there is a group in Berkeley interested in their opinion. Here is a conversation from Berkley you get to hear both sides of the argument'

How can we fight censorship when we can't even agree to what free speech is?

Can a church disinvite (hypotically as it isn't what happened here) Satanists due to safety? Or for any reason?

I'm just going to leave this here one last time because the answer of this question should end the debate wether her rights were infringed or not.

As far as the government is concerned, no.
You just want me to tell you that her fundamental human right to free speech is infringed. Everyone has that right, even in the Middle East as Les pointed out. What you do not have the right to is demanding a place and a time to speak whatever you want. Hence why I brought up churches.
