I am concerned about both.

Corporations can and have done horrible things around the globe in search the constant profit growth.

Hackers do things for all sorts of reasons.

This is going to be an interesting slow motion disaster to watch.

Just imagine what they will do with advertising. Somebody with an artificial retina will find themselves being blasted with adverts for McDonalds and Specsavers in exchange for reduced medical bills. Even on this website, if I don't login, I get blasted with some advert for The Belko Experiment which blocks all other articles.

Right now, on this website, if you don

Having access to the internet's data won't make anyone smart.
We already have access and it didn't make much of a difference.

Either you choose to think and question and seek or you choose not to.

Also think of how easy it'd be to steal their thoughts and to upload a virus into their neural network.

I think I'll pass on this kinda tech.
I'm doing just fine. Thanks.

Maybe I sometimes wish I could forget the last two point five years in Nashville but then again, it's in those lowest moments where we find out who we really are.

It's the worst times that bring out the best in us.

Droidheads will be the most troubled among us, mark my words.

I was given brain implant in the late 1970's as part of a military testing program. They never really caused me any grief until a few years ago when they were "upgraded" to fit modern specifications, and I gotta tell ya they are the worst, most horrible thing I've ever endured. Never get cybernetic implants because the Government and Hackers are going to...
