I'm not so sure that's the case, Nolan is a Trump supporter, and ran Trump's campaign as chair, and only needed the approval of Trump supporters in that area. that does not make him the County chair.

There was a lot of infighting in that area last year, but Jeff Kidwell, is still the chair according to the CCOP website.
(as an aside, it seems all the Trump supporters didn't get to be delegates in the larger area of northern Kentucky)

I live two counties away from this bastard. I'll have to keep an eye on this--I have zero tolerance for this s**t. I must have missed it because I haven't been able to watch any local news because I'm finishing a basement so that my mother-in-law can move in with us over the weekend.
