Try yourself recording such an object that looked like a star to the naked eye no easy task even with manual focus on a tripod.

Nikon p900 best you can buy on the market for optical zoom. One of the people there use a telescope aswel if you want some footage.

P900 83x zoom RANGE actual magnification about half that. Yet all these pictures look very soft.

Yet it's the best on the market! Shall I go buy a camcorder that doesn't exsist? LOL. What you have a telescope well your magnification is still poor! What you using then? That's better. And where's your footage if you can do better.

Not interested in taking pictures of BALLOONS plenty of idiots on youtube doing that


I dont use a telescope I have a 16 mp DSLR and take pictures of various subjects including the night sky.
