Not a big loss. I used to watch his show occasionally, but his ego and self-promotion were too annoying to watch consistently. He finally lost me as a viewer last year when he came out in favor of an assault weapons ban. Hopefully they can find another Tucker Carlson somewhere to replace him.

Any competent lawyer will advise the client in that situation to take the settlement.

You can flip the argument around too. Bill never would have settled if it couldn't be proven.
