All I can say is I wish the earth was flat. Being in the Navy and working with radar, that damn earth curve limited how far we could detect objects. It is the one thing just making it more powerful would not overcome.

I mean imagine if it was flat. We could track things for thousands of KM .

Her arms are not tucked.

You can quite clearly see the wire.

And what is the wire attached to?

If it even is a wire--kinda blurry.

I have no idea what it's attached to, probably the ceiling I would imagine.
If you watch the YouTube video I linked before you can see the guy grab onto it to steady the guy after he's done the flip

It's kind of funny that it's clear as a bell where he grabs, and then totally dissappears and you can't see it at all over his shoulder. Which tells me it's something else, like a microphone pack antenna or something along those lines.

What if the recent spike in flat earth belief and interest is being used as disinformation to make anyone who questions NASA look foolish.

Perhaps NASA is hiding something. NASA isn't hiding a flat earth but instead they are hiding and editing images that show extraterrestrial crafts, structures and artifacts they have encountered over the years during space missions and planetary exploration.
Researchers and insiders who claim NASA is doing this are discredited by lumping them in with flat earthers who believe that everything NASA does is fake and hoaxed.

Flat earth might be intentional disinformation to conceal and throw people off the trail from what NASA is really hiding evidence of extraterrestrials that NASA has encountered over the years during their space missions.

Seems to be further validation of the earth being round.

Frankly, at the end of the day, maybe the answer is to stop worrying and just say, "meh"

Yeah I get to worked up over this crap.

You have a good point.

I don't need to stress myself out over what shape some people think the earth may be.

Thanks I kinda needed to hear this.

I will be strong.
I will put down computer.
Go for a walk or hike.
Spend time with my dog.
Practice Mindfulness meditation.
I will resist the urge to go on ATS.
I will resist the urge to debate flat earthers.
I will be strong.

..........................it really is a never ending cycle.
And there is no point in me wasting energy trying to explain things to people who have already made up their mind
My own experiences have taught me that once some one believes something evidence that contradicts their beliefs is not going to convince them of anything.
Even I have been caught up in my own tunnel vision of what I believe from time to time.
Beliefs can be powerful and shape perception even if they are not true.
I should be focusing on changing my own mind instead of trying to change others.

Maybe they painted the wire to camouflage it with the background? Why would he grab the antenna to steady him instead of just putting his hand on his back or something? Plus you can see the wire lifting up his clothes.

you mean - the young lady that only does a partial roll - before fouling her own wires with her arms - that one ???

FFS - do you even watch your own vids ??????????????????????

the astronaut does a full roll - with arms and legs extended beyond his alledged wires - that is physically impossible
