Well it's for her and I and I have plenty of medical bills and am on a limited income. I give away stuff all the time or donate food and toys at Christmas etc. I spent most of my life struggling and still helping people when I could, so I'm being selfish for a change.

I'm going to dine out, but this time will try to stay away from drinking. I need a healthier diet. Not sure yet what we will do, some second hand shops, maybe some galleries to poke around in or catch a show. We are playing it by ear.

Well, I could take a number of jobs, it's not really that
bad here, but I don't want to be one of those people
that jumps from job to job. (I've had to deal with that
tons as a manager)

I repair furniture, wood and upholstery. There are some
low end jobs (box type stores) advertising but they pay
crap. It's a bit more difficult to find a high end store
that has enough work for a full time repair person. My
last job was at Ethan Allen, but the store shut down.

I don't have enough experience with upholstery to
work at an upholsterers, unfortunately.

It's all good though. Something will come along.



edit to add: I have a funny story about a short stint
I did at a box store... give me a few minutes to hash
it out.
