Canada is pretty cool, too. Forests and mountains every where I live.

Cool signature by the way!

I’m still picking up a few lose ends from the virus but we are almost back to normal. Don’t try to work too hard, LOL

I personally prefer it when it's cold than when it's hot.

When it's too cold you can just put on some warm clothes.

When it's too hot you can only suffer at work, and dream of a beach and ice tea.

83? Hm, I'm not familiar with Fahrenheit. Ledmme check on a converter.

Hm, 28 Celsius? Damn, that would be way too hot for me.

You & I differ there. I would much rather it be hot than cold. I like winter, don't get me wrong, but some of the temperatures we get here are just absurd. When the wind chills get so cold that exposed skin freezes in under a minute, that's too dang cold.

At least with the heat in Minnesota you can go jump in a lake.

I wish I had a lake around...

Ooh, daydreaming mode engaged.

Come to Minnesota. You might say we have a few here (15,291 lakes 10 acres or more in surface area).

Wish I could reply to all the posts in here, but I got so behind and feel like crap. Yesterday started with the heat and humidity. Today almost 90 degrees and hot and humid. I kept thinking Mark would turn the air conditioner on last night and I was too tired to get up and do it. The fan wasn't enough so I was miserable. I woke up with the crook of my arm sooooo sore from carrying heavy bundles of groceries yesterday.

I have a Doctor's appointment tomorrow so I have to get up early which is bad enough, but the appointments themselves make me a nervous wreck. So I am tired as hell, pissy and worried.

I see my girls weathered the storm last night, thank God!

Blue, if you can't get any disability, look into welfare. You have to survive and there has to be an option for something.

Wishing everyone a good rest of the day with love!

Night I hate you have to go to the doctor tomorrow. I know how much you hate those appointments. We are all here rooting for you and hope that they give you good news about your scan results

Thank you darling girl! I already know there is something there, I just have to see if they feel it is anything to be concerned about or not. He didn't think so before, and had the test ordered to see more. Still, he may put me in the hands of another specialist to keep an eye on it. All these Doctors and tests costs money and any idea of maybe needing an operation for anything freaks me out. I wish I could be like my Husband. Mark doesn't worry about anything.

Still waiting for HIS Doctors to work things out with his meds. That new injectable cholesterol med would be 500.00 at the cheapest! His diabetes meds went up on top of that. The greedy pigs in the pharmaceutical industry are going to kill people because who can afford their insane and unfair prices?

Don't even get me started on cost...it is outrageous!!! I figure Paul's surgery will be up there. We will make payments. I think Paul is like you and I am more laid back.
I hope everything goes well for you and you don't have to add more specialist.

Meds necessary for life shouldn't have a price, IMO.

But then, capitalism has a way to reach for every corners and angles possible.

I really have to wonder if some of the dang meds are designed to keep us on meds. That makes me even more mad.

Jess, so you are like Mark and I am like Paul. LOL

John...I know right? It's scary actually. To know you need something to survive yet you can't afford to have it is insane!
Our problem is that we are both on limited incomes yet make a little too much to get any real help from anywhere. It's like we always fall through the cracks.

I always tell Mark that I'd better die before he does. Come September it will be 38 years that we have been together and I can't seeing being alone after all those years and memories. Gah!

Ugh, I hate to have to leave the Shed, but I really got to do some Asgardia constitution stuff. I am the leader of my compilation team so my attention will be required.

See you guys later!

Where there is money to be made, I wouldn't doubt it. Money has always mattered more than human lives.

Hungry, going to make lunch now.

Fingers are crossed!

I was telling a friend this yesterday, and it relates to worrying. She said that she was very mushy and she just wished she could be strong. I was like hey it takes strength to be weak, because life is hard. The trick is to just try to do what you want/need to do anyways. I firmly believe we are stronger than we know, it's just that the people we tend to see as heroes and such are the ones who run to their strength. We just have to remember that magic is real and working, especially when we can't see it or even imagine it.
