Oh he's a messiah.

Please tell me what special power to forgive sins Allah grants Jesus please?

Messiah he is NOT in Islamic doctrine. You're, again, taking power from Christ.

Don't even bother my friend. These people want to destroy your faith! Sharpen you sword!

You know, I wouldn't bother responding to these things if my savior wasn't being openly mocked day in day out, all the time, from every angle.

It's 'cool' to mock Christians (the most persecuted people now) and it's just dandy to treat us like childish idiots - to hell with out humanity. But God FORBID you mock Islam, or Hinduism, or whatever perceived victim class there is about these days, the double standard here is absolutely incredible, and as a rational being, I can't help but feel we're that kid in the corner being picked on by even the nerds.

Why do you falsely accuse me? That is unbecoming of you. I have mocked Islam and Muhammad many times. Oh and what about the drawing Muhammad contests? Uh huh you conveniently forgot about that. Gee I wonder why.

Sorry, I do not mean you personally. "You" in the general sense.

I've read the Quran twice.

When it comes to my faith I'm as serious as it comes. I dedicated my life to Jesus and his message. I will not be deterred by slander.

Thank you sincerely for your kind words though.

So people weren't executed in the streets over it?

Those poor cars.

The point is, only one religious denomination will resort to those kind of tactics.

I'm pretty certain if you tried something like this with Vishnu in India the Hindus might just resort to a little violence.
Or the Christians in the C.A.R too...

I think it's more cultural.

Christians don't tend to get violent or burn cars unless their favourite sports team loses.

Having said that, you might lose your knee caps in Belfast if you tried this sort of thing.

THAT is a Christian. Anyone disobeying that is a hypocrite. Stop cherry picking. I'll fight you all the way here, you're not getting away with half truths now.

No one "mocks" Christians until they start trying to express their imagined superiority over everyone and everything.

Yes, yes, poor abused Christians ... they only make up 80% or so of the American population.

I am not mocking you!

However, Christ did not want you to be a pacifist and watch your faith destroyed either!

Send me a U2U if you wish. But you are wasting your time arguing with these people on the internet!

You get warm inside when people get offended because their core values and beliefs are being made a mockery by people who want a reaction?

Why?

pretty much yeah when it comes to religion.
it is my core belief that religion is a cancer and the world would be better without it.

i get warm inside cause most religious people preach tolerance but show none themselves. an example would be this play

LOL ... I think you'll find with a tiny bit of thought that Jesus wasn't a Christian.

That is a fair point. There have been examples of that. I doubt it would lead to Kalishnakovs, however.

Jesus was the ultimate Christian.

He founded the basis for it. How can the progenitor of something claim to be what he is labelled? That's absurd!

I think you'll find that you can't beat me when it comes to the Bible so now you're trying to deflect. You've told half truths and mixed lies with truth here. I'm calling you out.

It's what I'm told to do. I will correct you on doctrine with love, I don't have anything against you personally.

So for everyone who said, cool... it's ok. What if someone were to make a play mocking people of color, slavery and the hardships they endured? Using burning crosses, cotton, chains and whips... all of that to turn it around and make a mockery of slavery and what those people went through? Is that ok too?

It takes a special kind of person to purposely make fun of someone elses beliefs.

you mean what if someone made a play mocking terrible # that really happened?

yeah cause thats the same as mocking # that didnt happen

and an alternate version does not equal mockery....just saying

I don't argue with them for my own benefit friend.

I'm worried, deeply, about the spirit behind their words.

I don't want these people to continue in half truths and mistranslated meanings from our Lord. They can mock me all they want, I simply want them to open their heart to the love of God.
