University of Wisconsin-Madison offers free tampons in men’s bathrooms

Maybe they can fit as ear plugs as well. Because, I am here now guessing off course, but might be that if the management and the general approach in the university is connecting tampoons and mens toilets - then there might be an elevated need to actually use them too.

Seriously though? Just make the bathrooms everywhere say RESTROOM with both a male and female image on it.

Knock. If locked? Wait your turn...we dont NEED communal restrooms after all! My entire City Center Complex main has 2 large males and female r.rooms.

But we have MANY singles REST-ROOMS. Sex doesnst matter.

What about the bathrooms that have 5 toilets and 5 urinals? They are designed to serve a large student body in mass, not one at a timers.

Should the college lock the door on huge bathrooms so a very small % of society can use the can?

Youre correct of course(Hey, how's it going today seasonal?)....'thought about that. Why not multiple urinal and tampons in single stalls with doors for privacy?

I could see 6-8 stalls....then again, I spoke with a maintenance worker the other day about the same thing. She said..."Do you know how dirty men leave the rest rooms?' It would gross women out.

Additionally...I say a Bidet in every washroom, with a urinal and a tampon dispenser! "Equality for all toilets!"! Lets go make our protest signs!!

Everything is good. I can't believe this is a thing.

I agree that this sounds good or fair. But building built in the 1980's and 1990's were unaware of this new style of fairness. And the funny thing about bathrooms is they are expensive and very difficult to move.

Perhaps a whole vending wall in the stalls would be a good idea, hell let them turn it into a profit center. Oh I forgot this is a "burden", so it will have to be free.

i would be willing to bet, they did this after receiving a compliant, it is likely a FtM pre-op tran had been using the male restrooms and complained of the lack of tampons, this would be the reaction to such a complaint.

Good, the guys at that college probably wear more tampons than the women anyways. I mean, they're already wearing flip flops, capris, and shoulder pads in their blouses.
