there's two reasons why a person might not have health insurance..
one is that they are young and healthy and think that they won't spend enough on their healthcare to meet even a reasonable deductible, and baring
something catastrophic happening to them, they are probably right.
or two, they aren't young, they aren't healthy, and quite frankly they aren't rich enough to afford the health insurance, let alone an insane
deductible, meds, and copays anyways.
in either case, this isn't really gonna do either group much good, is it? which makes this idea just another giant infusion of tax payer money (of
which, some from both these groups will be contributing to) to the health insurance industry so that they can more easily cover the cost of those who
have the insurance and are lucky enough to be able to take advantage of the fact they can cover the deductible, the co pays, the meds, while the
insurance companies still maintain their six to seven figure salaries for their upper management and ceos... heck who knows maybe we will see them all
get another giant bonus and raises!!!
