The damned lamb is still safe. The wife won't let me eat him... very sad, because he looks SO tender.

The goose is still safe; she earned her stripes. There is no better "watchdog", than a full grown goose... ask the poor delivery guy that arrived at my house this afternoon.... there was blood. It looked like a hockey fight.

Geese don't screw around.

I can't slaughter the goats (they have names)... it's a family rule. Once named, you are off of the menu. I am pretty sure that is why my ducks are so devoted... they wanted names.

The ducks all have names. Off of the menu.

We can't eat the dogs. That would just be weird.

The only thing left, is the neighbor's horse... it is kind of slow...

I Love roast chicken with stuffing
When i was a kiddie, and actually up to the present day, roast chicken is my top fave food,it's such a comfort food too. With crispy potato wedges and 2/3 veg,one must be baked in a cheesy sauce, like babymarrow in a creamy tomato sauce with lots of cheddar on top, mature cheddar is good, and sweet sticky gingery carrots. Or Roast chicken with creamy cheesy potato bake and peas.

My mother was a very bad cook, regrettably. But she did the most Insane roast chicken, crispy potato wedges and cheesy creamy vegetable dishes.Schloppy and creamy inside with a nice crusty cheesy baked top. Even her cabbage was fabulous,in a white sauce with mature cheddar on top and baked. And that was it,the rest of her cooking was a grim experience

My favorite Italian dessert is a well done tiramisu. A really well made tiramisu is of the few things worth incarnating for, that good. If you want to do a "death by tiramisu" type thing, you could with your tiramisu, the liquer

That sounds lovely. Now i am reminded of Irish Soda bread,it's one of my oldest daughter's big faves. It's nice to have with any Irish stew meal,or even seafood chowder.
This one contains both white and wholewheat flour,so it's great+healthy with salads too,in summer.
