Look at it this way.

Comey was under enormous pressure from Obama and Lynch.

Comey could have simply said there's no evidence yet and we're still investigating, and shut up from there.

By talking and testifying in Congress, he blew the lid off Hillary.

Nobody would have known anything if he stopped.

And don't forget the several FOIA lawsuits that exposed the classified material to the public.

And of course, Comey could have never written that letter to Congress about the Weiner connected "re-opening" that somehow got leaked to news media.

Surely, Trump can read.

And the situation with the FISA Warrant is still unfolding

As well as the Clinton Foundation Investigation.

To say there could be no new evidence?

Anthony Weiner still not even done with initial investigation,
which now goes to Jeff Sessions.

Welcome the light!

It depends, they have to ask their CIA handlers first.

So we have the President of the United States saying that the chief law enforcement officer of the country refused to do his duty and enforce the laws. This same President has not asked that man to resign or fired him for dereliction of duty. Can anyone still claim that we are a nation under the rule of law? I thought Trump was going to empty this swamp. Sounds to me like he's endorsing it.

Why is the Washington Post saying that Trump's interview was "thoroughly confusing"?
www.washingtonpost.com... b

Does the Washington Post lean Liberal or Conservative?

Left center according to many

Thanks. Hard to tell sometimes when you have a flexible President. Liberal media praised Trump for hitting Syria, and Conservative media said that he let his core supporters down.

Considering the orange one lies pretty much every time he opens that mouth of his, it will be a cold day in hell before I believe a word he says about anything.

I'm no Hilary fan, awful woman, but trump is a child. And that's being generous

Say, how's that wiretapping evidence coming along? Any day soon, I'm sure.

That's commonly known as being gracious in victory.

What is it with you lefties who repeatedly fail to understand context. Actually, much of the nonsensical hysteria coming from the left the last two years is largely due to this simple issue, a complete and utter failure to understand context.

There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent

Therein lies the issue. A Federal offense doesnt require the "proof of intent"
You rob a bank , does the court care about intent ? No , just the crime

Meh. Read the whole statement and put that little part in context. Perhaps you will understand it differently.

Totally agree. Comey saved his life and that of his family and friends. Clinton's "kill list" continues to grow.

Comey did what he had to do or else.

Well he's an idiot so who really cares what he thinks.
He's a blowhard who's full of it.
If he ever showed a clue that he was informed about anything at all it might be different but he constantly shows he isn't.
Oh I love it when he discovers stuff the rest of us already know like, health care is complicated and tax reform isn't easy and the relationship of China to north Korea is unstable. And then acts like he's informing us.
Sorry foxy but he's just blowing smoke.
He's president but can't seem to get off the campaign trail and actually govern. LOL . As if....

He doesn't think. Who ya kidding?

He's so full of it.
If he wasn't such a pathological liar.
He lies with every breath.

Sure just suck up what ever he says.

Won't it be funny when this bit of karma comes back to bite him in the ass.

Yep.

Yes that sounds like many members here. Oh I just know she did something...
Well he has all the power now. Why doesn't he just clean this up?
Fix the mistake he and other alt righters believe Comey made.

Possibly because Comey was right and no prosecutor would have taken on the case.
Just like how it turned out.
Trump needs to come to some kind of acceptance that some people know more about how these things work than he does. But you know ...Trump...knows all, sees all, and he alone can fix it.
What a joke.

"Trump says..."

Who cares?
It seems that he learned from Merkel, yesterday saying and promising A, today doing and saying B as there never was an A. Suddenly the NATO isn´t obsolet anymore for him, Merkel is a respectful person suddenly. One day he says that he Assads reign is a "Political Reality That We Have to Accept", the next day he bombs Syria because of... no evidence for nothing.

Is there still any promise he made and he was elected for, that he can break?
Who takes this (insert whatever you want) still serious?

Let him say what he wants, tomorrow ge will tell you the exactly opposite things.
Only the blindest of the blind can still support that puppet of the military industrial complex!
