If they just got rid of Native Swedes there wouldn't be anymore terrorism in Sweden. It's time to ban Swedes. How badly have they been brainwashed?

The easiest thing to do would be to just make it illegal to live. That way everyone is safely dead.

The stupid is Sweden is getting pretty bad. So, ban cars and trucks to only be allowed in cities at times when there are no people around???

Oh boy. I wonder if they thought of someone not "obeying" the rule and driving into it anyway? Unless they are putting up roadbloacks and spike stips, how are they going to prevent a rogue truck attack?

retractable bollards

They need to get rid of trees, because trees are the leading cause of forest fires.

I guess they'll also be banning machetes, axes, knives. Then the psycho's will start using hammers and nail guns. Then they'll switch to shovels with sharpened tips, pickaxes. Then they'll switch to slings and spears.

Its where they cut down trees to stop Forrest fires.

Firebreak -
A firebreak is a gap in vegetation or other combustible material that acts as a barrier to slow or stop the progress of a bushfire or wildfire.

Breitbart? Seriously!!?? That's a king of fake news.

Anyway the original source is an opinion piece suggesting the solutions for the future.
It's like Todd Starnes' opinion pieces on Fox News.

But what do I know??? You can continue to be bamboozled by fake news.

Someone writes an editorial that may or may not be satire.

Who cares?

Much of that has already been done with great drama and deliberation, especially in the movies.
You are missing the point, the element of surprise is immediate with a vehicle...and even big rigs are very quiet these days. Shhssss..and we haven't really gone electric yet.

Sweden was an oft-cited model of a socialist utopia, particularly among those "feeling the Bern" back in the primaries.

Remember?

They wanted everyone to forget the miserable failures of Latin American socialism, both in economic prosperity and in human rights, dismissing them as "not real socialism", then heralded the Nordic model as an example to the world.

Who's taking up the Swedes' banner now? The place is a f# disaster, and it's directly attributable to their warped social philosophies.

Everyone's making fun of it but in reality its a good idea. See european cities have already started to restrict vehicles for a couple of reasons. One in the downtown areas the roads are very narrow since originally built for horses. When trucks go in these areas they often cause traffic jams so restricting it to when no one is using streets makes sense. As for how to do it be easy these are very narrow roads and blocking off an area wouldnt be hard. Many cities have done this just to prevent pollution. I read one article it was a german town did the same thing and this caused a brewery to build a pipeline to transport there ale. it was very neat but have to admit be tempting to tap into that pipeline.

Here is my opinion have had personal contact with Sikh's, Muslims, and Christian's. I have never been mistreated by Sikh's or Muslims.

The only problem I have had with unprovoked abusive behavior has been with ...

...wait for it...

Christians.

BS!

Second line.

I've never run into rude Sikh's or Muslims. Ever.

Another brilliant idea by the CTRL Left. I would say let's bring back horse and buggy, but I don't think the leftist animal activists would like that. ObamaBikes for everyone seems to be the only answer, until the left finds a problem with that as well.

This one stinks not unlike the streets would if they did bring back horses as primary means of travel.

It is not unusual for cities to ban cars from city centers, mostly for healthier environment, she is just suggesting that and then you could get more safety for pedestrian on the side.

Way overblown story, and in reality not a bad idea.

the state of high town shops in many UK cities makes me wonder at the wisdom of pedestrianisation.

Pedestrianistion isn't the main cause. The high street premises are owned by investment companies like union pension fund managers, mutual fund groups. They really don't have any interest in long term investment except to extract maximum rent in the short term, so only the charity shops and mobile phone stores can afford to be there. The weather isn't particularly nice either, so walking down a high street in bad weather is rather a grim cold bleak, windswept experience.

Then there is so much traffic trying to get through the city center, that buses and cars crawl around at less than 15mph. It takes 2.5 hours to get from the edges of Edinburgh into the city at rush hour. So everyone shops at out-of-town shopping centers instead, where there is car parking, direct bus services and taxi ranks.

Somewhere like Trondheim, Norway, they converted many outdoor market areas into warm heated well lit indoor malls by adding double glazed greenhouse style atriums. So they get more floor space for market stalls and shops, as well as a comfortable climate for shoppers. It's possible to walk from shop to shop without having to go out into the cold. Montreal built an underground city from shopping malls connected together. Toronto did something similar.

Ban cars, eh?

How about ban muslims?

Kidding... Kidding...

They can just shut down their immigration temporarily and start working to deport people who pose a threat.

You can't ban Muslims. Mohammed uttered more than 100 successful prophecies. The Old Testament says that if a man's words come to pass then he is a prophet. What you should really be banning is Mormonism. Joseph Smith Jr. said that Jesus would return in 56 years, even though the Bible indicates that when Jesus returns at the Battle of Armageddon, ALL EYES will see Jesus and Jesus will appear as the sun rises in the east. Jesus will then decimate the forces of Armageddon and set foot upon the mount of Olives and it will cleave into a valley.

We can't ban one religion following a prophet whose prophecies were fulfilled and not ban another whose prophecies failed miserably.

That's just like, your opinion, man.

Prophecies? You want to base border security decisions on prophecies?

You DO sound qualified to run a mouse circus, maybe.
