Fairly current event wondering if anyone else saw the meteor/green fireball event
last night (Tues.) south of Ludlow Ca.. It lit up the sky glowing brightly green before
fading as it fell to earth. Should have been viewable by my estimates in San
Bernardino and maybe L.A. and Orange. Thought I'd put it there.

VIA the news I saw it, but it looked more rocket propelled than free falling to me.

I live in Nebraska, but on the news I caught a glimpse at what looked to be rocket propelled, but that's what it appeared to be.

IF it were a meteor, the green color would likely be because of nickel-content in the meteorite

Would love to see some images!

Was it heading westbound?

Was it just a ball of light or did it have a tail? If it had a tail was it solid and thin or broken like it had chunks to the tail.

It's been spotted around the area. Specifically San Diego and Mexicali

I've got some media on the meteor:
cdn.discordapp.com...
cdn.discordapp.com...

twitter.com...

Then there are the weird ones. There were reports of lights in the sky at the same time and around the same area. Could just be an odd angle that makes it look like it's floating.
Here's one video twitter.com...

Here's another one, but this one is in Texas
www.youtube.com...

Just because this is a conspiracy website, let me throw something that is most definitely a coincidence:
Off the coast of San Diego and during the same time as the meteor, there was an Omega Air refueling aircraft that was flying in circles for about 2 hours.

I'm gonna say west as it plummeted yes.

There's a good video on RT. I couldn't find it to embed. But it scared the heck out of the woman. Other videos at the link too.

That doesn't look like a green fireball to me.

I hope someone with good editing software can get a better pic.

All I could do is play with the brightness.

Looks like somebody flying a rocket to me.

I know that sounds crazy.....

There's a Twitter user David Eli Martin that posted a video I just watched of the event.

It's a bright green light moving very fast that has a bright green tail that seemed to pulse a couple times and after the light vanishes there is a lingering thin streak of light behind it in the sky...
