Yep. Waiting to see what he does. He is, after all, only one justice among nine. Personally, I don't really care. Most times, the court, somehow or other, manages to piss off everyone from both sides of the argument. Exactly what they're supposed to do.

You probably already know what I think of the NYT.

Gorsuch is the son of Ronald Reagan's Environmental Protection Agency chief. He was nominated to the 10th Circuit Court by billionaire Phillip Anschutz (a former client). Gorsuch co-owns a Colorado mountain cabin with two of Anschutz's top deputies.

I've got no problem with people who are born elites. But to not recognize this guy as one of 'them' though is to deny the truth. You and me, we were never gonna be astronauts and we were never gonna hold positions of real power in the government. Forgive me for still feeling the burn of Roberts and the '0-Care Tax'.

Gorsuch is in for life now. We'll have to hope he sets aside any personal ambitions that put businesses ahead of The People.

No effect unless his arguments are convincing to Kennedy or Roberts (when he's in a lib mood).

If and when Ginsburg shuffles on, *THEN* we'll see some impact.

It was a near fatal blow to our basic freedoms.
If not repealed, it will lead to a full blown socialistic
health care system, people wont have to worry about
being wiretapped anymore, they will be hardwired in.

I think you should follow your instincts. I'm not sure he's a RINO or a "Globalist" but I DO know he's a "Corporatist" who will vote for "Corporate People" above humans every time. He gives me the "no confidence" feeling as well.
